Dear Vodafone

Vodafone have a nasty way of spaming their customers. I haven't been zapped yet (well, not today anyway ... although I haven't been able to connect to the network today either), but I'm sure its just a matter of time.

I also shall be looking for a new provider once my 12 months is up (less then a month to go - woo hoo).

What with this and BT taking 6 weeks to install a phone line, I'm convinced that the UK telecomms system needs a serious shakeup. Monopolies, can't live with them, but stuck with them anyway.
