MSIE Image Toolbar
Via Tony: Matt has found out about removing the Internet Explorer Image Toolbar. It isn't news to me, and it is well documented by Microsoft.
This is a piece of code that I used to make a point of having on all pages I created. However, with the last round of redesigns that I put my sites through a few months ago, I took it out for much the same reasons that Alex gives for not using it, it also felt a little too close to JavaScript that attempts to block the context menu.
Incidentally, a similar tool is available as an extension for FireFox.
