Highlighting

Keith has found out about my :target for CSS2 browsers script but has some reservations about it based on reactions to highlighting search terms.

This script is a little different though, it highlights a single, small, author-specified region of the page. This means that it isn't going to light up like a Christmas tree.

That said, the CSS keyword 'yellow' is somewhat bright, so I will probably tone it down at some stage.
